The shelf was bent up when I received it. It had been put on top of the shipment just under the stretch film and was not in its own box or secured adequately. I haven't tried straightening and installing it yet. The rest of the shippment was in great condition and packed well. When I received the shipment everything looked in great condition so I dedn't see the problem with the shelf until I started unpacking. I will get it installed ok just letting you know so you can pack them better in future
